Confidence comes with knowledge and together they can impact the healthcare delivery and outcomes. TaHB aims to enhance knowledge of all healthcare professionals involed in care of newborn babies; eventually to all healthcare professionals taking care of all age group patients
The education is provided in person, as one-on-one in a classroom style teaching using digital media, providing medical books, print copies etc. TaHB website will act as a conduit for question answers platform for pediatricians and other healthcare professionals. Training is also provided during workshops at the medical centers who request special type of procedure training


A team of medical experts in neonatal medicine including doctors, nurses and respiratory therapists traveled to India to provide skills training workshops and also bedisde teaching to nurses and doctors. The training was held at KIMS (Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences) Hubballi, India. The conference was attended by more than 272 doctors and the workshop had a more than capacity response. The team from the USA taught PICC insertion, CPAP management for sick infants, management of infections and neonatal resuscitation.
